The Sameer Tanna Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the scholarship program at any time, without prior notice.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. The decision of the Foundation’s scholarship committee is final and binding and cannot be contested.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of the documents and information they provide. Any misrepresentation or falsified data will result in disqualification.

The Foundation shall not be held liable for any delays, non-selection, or technical issues that may occur during the application or evaluation process.
